Guaranteeing 100 percent entertainment to its consumers, Philips has launched an ‘A’ class home theatre system under the name Philips HTS3367/05 DVD Home Theatre System. It has got a powerful sound output mode and supports various electronic components.

Philips HTS3367/05 DVD Surround Sound Home Theatre System includes a DVD player which supports 1 disc. It is equipped with 5 speakers and a subwoofer. The front speaker is a 3 way speaker. Its power output is 37.5watt (RMS) whereas the subwoofer power output is 75watts and the total power output is 600w.
The playable disc types are DVD Video, VCD, SVCD, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, CD-R, CD-RW and audio CD. The playable file formats include MPEG2, DivX, MP3, WMA, JPEG, MPEG1 and WMA. It is provided with a remote control as well.
Surround sound is supported in this system. Other audio features are Dolby digital, DTS and Dolby pro logic II. The audio DAC is 24 bit/ 192 kHz. This Philips home theatre system is also fitted with a dialog enhancer. It also has a built in FM radio tuner with 40 presets. RDS is the given station name.
The equaliser settings include rock, action, classic, concert, drama, lounge, gaming and sports. It is also offered with progressive scan facility. The sound enhancements include class “D” digital amplifier and night mode.
The supportive TV resolutions are 720p (750p), 1080i (1125i) and 1080p (1125p). The built in TV tuners are NTSC and PAL. The video DAC is 12-bit/108 MHz. It supports 1080 up scalling. It is certified by Divx ultra so that it supports playback of Divx videos. Easylink facility is also offered.
